Dans-Scene Studios provides dance classes, workshops, performances and events for children and adults throughout Johnstone and Kilbarchan.

Bookings
Bookings for classes and events can be made through our website using our online booking system.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
Dans-Scene Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
Payments
Payments made through our website are securely processed using Wix Payments.
Prices displayed on the website are correct at the time of publication but may be changed without prior notice.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds and transfers are considered at the discretion of Dans-Scene Studios and may vary depending on the class, event or circumstances.
Where an event is cancelled by Dans-Scene Studios, customers will be offered either:

An alternative booking where appropriate
Failure to attend a booked class or event does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Class Attendance
Students should arrive in good time before the start of their class.
Late arrival may result in reduced participation where it is not safe to join after a class has begun.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for children before the class begins and after it has ended unless otherwise advised.
Health & Safety
Students should inform Dans-Scene Studios of any medical conditions, injuries or additional support requirements that may affect participation.
Participation in dance classes and performances is undertaken at the student's own risk.
While every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, Dans-Scene Studios cannot accept responsibility for injuries resulting from normal participation in dance activities, except where caused by negligence.
Behaviour
Dans-Scene Studios is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.
Students, parents and visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers and other students.
Any behaviour considered abusive, threatening or disruptive may result in removal from classes or events without refund.
Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances and studio events.

Appropriate consent will always be sought from a parent or legal guardian before photographs or videos of children are used for promotional purposes.
